The honest difference: with Own it, the site is yours forever. With Done-for-you, the site stays on my system — if you ever stop the plan, the site comes down. That's why it's cheaper to start: you're not buying the site, you're subscribing to it, fully managed. No long-term lock-in — cancel anytime. If a hosted site is taken down for non-payment, reactivating it later costs $49.
